These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the datalogictools.com website and the software products of DLT - Data Logic Tools ("DLT", "we", "us"), including the DLT - Data Logic Tools - Recovery Suite and its standalone modules (Drive Recovery, Partition Recovery, Photo Repairing Lab, Video Repairing Lab, Camera Card Rescue, Disk Clone, Wipe (Erase Sectors)) — collectively, the "Software". By downloading, installing, activating or purchasing a license for the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
DLT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software according to the tier you purchased:
License periods are 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or Lifetime (never expires), as selected at purchase. Each license key is issued to you personally and identified by the email address used at checkout.
The Software verifies license keys online against the activation service on datalogictools.com. Activation requires an internet connection. Licenses are limited to the seat count of your tier and may be deactivated on one computer and activated on another. DLT may suspend or revoke any license key that is fraudulent, shared, resold, or obtained through chargeback abuse.
Purchases are made through the checkout on datalogictools.com. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment collection, taxes and invoices. We never receive or store your card details. License keys are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout after successful payment.
The unlicensed version of the Software lets you scan devices and preview recoverable files free of charge. Saving, exporting, repairing or wiping data requires an active license. Scan results depend on the physical condition of the media and the nature of data loss; DLT does not guarantee that any specific file can be recovered.
Data recovery and disk operations are inherently risky. You are responsible for backing up your data before using the Software. DLT is not liable for any data loss, corruption or device damage arising from the use of the Software, including recovery, repair, cloning, or erase/wipe operations. The Wipe (Erase Sectors) feature permanently and irreversibly destroys data — verify the target drive carefully before starting.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. DLT does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recovery of any particular data will be successful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Software or this website. DLT's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the license giving rise to the claim.
The Software, the datalogictools.com website, the DLT name, logo and all related content are the exclusive property of DLT - Data Logic Tools and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
